The hotel

Do you have a car park?
Yes, we have limited parking in the hotel's inner courtyard. Reservations are required, subject to availability and for €10 per night per vehicle.

Do you have family or connecting rooms?
Yes, we have a family room for 4 people (1 double bed + 2 beds). However, we do not have connecting rooms.

Do you have smoking rooms?
No, the establishment is entirely non-smoking.

Are all rooms equipped with a safe?
Yes, all our rooms have a safe.

Can I request an extra bed in my room? How much will it cost?
We do not have an extra bed, but we do have a family room and a room with a sofa bed.

I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
Yes, we have baby cots available and can be booked for insertion in our rooms. **

Is the hotel adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have two rooms equipped for people with reduced mobility accessible by lift.

Do you have a lift?
Yes, the hotel is equipped with a lift which only serves certain rooms.

Can I eat at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant: Restaurant le Clusius, open for lunch and dinner, closed on Saturday lunchtime. In August, the restaurant is only open in the evening.

The stay

What are the departure and arrival times?
Arrival is from 4 pm and departure until 12 am.

Do you have a luggage room?
Yes, we have a small luggage room where you can leave your luggage while waiting for your room to be ready or for your final departure, in order to make a last visit of our city.

Do you accept pets? What is the price?
Yes, we like pets and accept them in the hotel but not in the restaurant. The rate is €13 per night per pet.

Do you have an internet connection in the hotel? Is it free?
Yes, a Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the hotel, once you have registered on the login portal.

What if I forget something in my room?
You can contact the hotel's reception service who will contact our floor service to prepare your return package which will be sent to you once payment has been received, either by cheque or bank transfer to cover postage and packing costs.

Is breakfast included in the price?
This depends on the offer you have booked.

Are tourist taxes included in the price?
No, they will be charged to you on departure. They are 1,40€ per day and per person.

Are the rates and availability the same if I book on the website or by phone?
Yes, there is no difference in price or availability if you book by phone or on our website.
