Our restaurant Le Clusius is a institution on Arras. The restaurant was named "Le Clusius" in tribute to Charles de l'Écluse, famous botanist importer of potatoes, born in Arras in 1526. He receives you on the ground floor of our hotel in a room that can accommodate up to 100 guests. The meals prepared by the chef are all cooked with products from local producers and seasons: our menu is renewed regularly.
